Specificity:
Reacts with the 140 kDa human CD21 molecule,
which is expressed at moderate density on
mature B-cells and at high density on follicular
dendritic cells.

Lymph node cells from immunized BALB/c mice
fused with SP2/0 mouse myeloma cells.
Format:
1 mL vial (>200 test) containing 0.22 μm filtered
monoclonal antibody in serum free culture
medium with 0.1% sodium azide with protein
stabilizer. The concentration of the antibody is
50 μg/mL.
Storage:
Store at 4°C short term, -20°C or below long
term. Aliquot to avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
Applications and Suggested Dilutions:

Indirect immunofluorescence

Immumohistochemistry: Use on frozen
sections, air dried, or acetone-fixed cells at a
dilution of 1:20.
The optimal dilution for a specific application
should be determined by the researcher.
