Background:
The Exo1 gene was identified in Saccharomyces
cerevisiae as a gene encoding an exonuclease
that interacts with meiosis-specific MutS
homologue and functions in mismatch repair and
genetic recombination.
Specificity:
Recognizes a protein of ~92 kDa identified as
the 5’ to 3’ double-strand DNA exonuclease
(Exo1).

Immunogen:
Recombinant full length mouse Exo1 protein.

Applications and Suggested Dilutions:

Western blot: Use at 1-2 μg/mL for 2 hrs. at
RT.
The optimal dilution for a specific application
should be determined by the researcher.
